My sense is that the staff does not take Covid seriously. This has been evident to my wife and me since the outbreak began. My service advisor Lukas, allowed me to alter the program as I wanted. The fellow who checked me out was cheerful and pleasant. I appreciated the wash job a lot.

2 hours to change my oil, absolutely ridiculous. I had an appointment. I wasn't a walk-in. Also had my tires rotated and the service tech failed to adjust the pressure. This caused alerts to go off due to low tire pressure in the rear tires. I went elsewhere to have the pressure adjusted and the sensors reset. Every time I walk into Pitre I end up frustrated and disappointed.

Truck took over 200 days to come in and arrived minus 5k in upgrades I ordered with it and I’m still waiting on chrome tie hooks that I got charged for but apparently back order. Marlin was great keeping n contact the whole time. He’s the only thing satisfying about the experience

It was good but surprised when after an hour and a half of waiting on getting my OEM remote start programmed, GM software update was needed on my BCM. This was after I told them I needed the OEM remote start activated. The additional time cost me another hour plus of labor cost. All this should of been done within the first hour or maybe hour and half in my opinion.
