THE SERVICE PRIOR TO THIS DATE 8/8/25 WAS TO REPLACE A COMPRESSOR FOR MY A/C. THE POSSIBLE REASON FOR THIS LAST VISIT WAS DUE TO A RUSHED JOB. AS SOON AS I LEFT THE DEALERSHIP I HEAR CLANKING, PARTS WERE FALLING OUT. I ATTEMPTED TO DRIVE VEHICLE TO DEALERSHIP DIDNT MAKE IT 10 MILES. PAID $277.50 TO HAVE MY VEHICLE TOWED TO DEALERSHIP. GAGE WAS VERY HELPFUL IN MAKING SURE MY CAR WAS READY IN TIME.

Good day yesterday when I took my car in for AC services I was impressed with all the teamwork. I do have a concern as I drove off sounded like screws were falling out from underneath my vehicle may need to get rechecked

Had broken sunroof replaced. Something, guessing some kind of solvent, was use and bleached some places on the roof liner and molding.
